Meanwhile, Australian business just needs reliable Internet, full stop. While Americans argue over whether or not they need this technological superiority by 2015, many rural communities in Australia won't even have consistent, affordable Internet by then. Which is bad news for Australian small business. (So...how're we doing with that National Broadband Network, huh?)
